Refund policy
Thank you for partnering with us! We value your trust and aim to ensure that every order meets your business needs and quality standards.
1. General Policy
All sales are considered final once confirmed and paid. Returns and refunds are only accepted in cases of:

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items received, or

Quality issues verified and acknowledged by our team.
We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect order placement, or unsold inventory.
2. Reporting a Concern
To file a return or refund request, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Include the following:

Business name and order number

Photos/videos clearly showing the issue

Description of the problem
Requests received beyond this period will no longer be eligible for review.
3. Inspection & Approval
Once your request is received, our QA team will assess the case within 5–7 business days.
If approved:

Replacement items will be arranged for delivery, or
-
A credit note or refund will be issued to your account (at our discretion).
Returned items must remain unused, unopened, and in original packaging unless the issue relates to product defects.
4. Shipping & Handling

Return shipping costs for defective or incorrect products are covered by us.

Return shipping for other reasons (if exceptionally approved) will be shouldered by the buyer.

We recommend shipping via a trackable courier. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
5. Product Verification Before Dispatch
To minimize errors, all orders undergo photo documentation and batch verification before shipment. Please review your order summary carefully before confirming checkout or payment.
6. Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before payment or dispatch. Once shipped, the transaction is considered final.
